Rev. Floriano E. Pereira
Founding Pastor
Pastor Floriano and his wife, Eunice, are the founding leaders of Saving Grace Church. Their ministry is rooted in decades of faithful service, marked by humility, perseverance, and a deep love for God’s people. Pastor Floriano came to Christ as a young adult through the faithful witness of Eunice and her father, Augusto Pereira. Though he once shied away from public speaking, God called him into ministry—step by step—transforming a quiet servant into a passionate shepherd and teacher.
Over the past 30+ years, Pastor Floriano has served in nearly every role imaginable—from Deacon to Youth Pastor to Elder—culminating in the founding of Saving Grace Church in 2013. While working full-time as a truck driver and raising a family, he pursued his calling with diligence, earning degrees in Biblical Studies and a Master’s in Theology. His heart today is focused on teaching sound doctrine, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and building a vibrant, Christ-centered community.
Eunice has stood faithfully by his side through every season, sharing a deep burden for pastoral care. Together, they lead with compassion and wisdom, serving the church alongside their children and grandchildren who continue the legacy of worship and service.

Joshua Luis Pereira
Executive Pastor
Pastor Joshua Luis Pereira serves as our Executive Pastor, bringing leadership and vision to the operations and ministries of Saving Grace Church. Raised in a ministry family, he has served from a young age—in media, worship, and youth ministry—and now leads with a passion for developing leaders and strengthening the local church.
Though once planning a career in the Marine Corps, Josh answered God’s call to ministry, going on to earn degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Biblical Studies. He is currently completing Doctorates in Theology and Christian Counseling, which support his heart for counseling and discipleship.
With over 20 years of ministry experience, Pastor Josh has led two generations of youth, provided pastoral counseling, and now works closely with the leadership team to help guide the church forward. He serves alongside his father, Founding Pastor Floriano Pereira, with the support of his wife Nancy and their two children, Hailey and Aiden.
